Emergency assistance 24/7
We appreciate that some claims need acting upon swiftly, regardless of what time of day or night it is. Unfortunately, the staff at Kay and Lane are not available 24/7, but we do have an emergency assistance team for any help needed outside of standard hours. Rather than simply tell you to contact your insurers out of hours call centre (which we accept isn’t always a pleasant experience), you can call our emergency team at any hour on 0330 118 30 31. Our emergency team will attempt to alleviate your stress by assisting you with your issue, no matter what time or day it is.
